1999 - 2002 I was responsible for the european software development of SHL -
an international consultancy specializing in the assessment and development of human resources.
The main project turned out to be an asp solution representing the recruitment- and application management-workflow of
international operating companies.
Starting with the design and the recruitment of programmers in mid '99,
the first instances went online by the end of '99.
The System integrates a customizable frontend to guide the applicant through the application as well as all the internal
business processes like the defining and posting of new jobs, defining jobdependant psychometric tools, communication with the
applicants, and all internal communication among the recruiters.
By 2002 we successfully converted the workflow processes of several
global 500 companies to the system.
